DEMOLITION TEMPORARY WORKS AND DESIGN REVIEWS. We have been assisting MGL with their demolition process at the Swallow Hotel in Stockton On Tees. Planning and design have been paramount to enable the structures that are to be decommissioned to be taken down in a safe and systematic manner. Our works have included exposing the existing reinforced concrete framed
structure (which contained flat slabs), assessing the load path and how it will respond to the proposed demolition works, designing a level of temporary support systems and generally assisting with structural on-site issues.
