We were invited to review this existing part two and part single-storey farmhouse to assess a number of areas where structural alterations are proposed. The survey included reviewing the load path of the building and making recommendations for the alterations based on viability, safety and cost. We proposed a number of options to allow the client to make a judgement on which solution they would like to implement.
