We were appointed by MGL to assist with their demolition proposals and undertake a review of their RAMS for this prestigious project in Newcastle. The building to be demolished was landlocked and a facade retention scheme was required. In addition to this, we provided calculations for a number of their activities which allowed them to undertake their activities safely. The calculations included load assessments/reviewing if propping was required in a number of areas/planning an array of demolition activities.
